Booking Policy

Payment

All deposits are made online with debit or credit cards. All deposits are non-refundable. Forms of payment include: Cash, Cash app, and Zelle only.

Schedule

Please book at least 3-5 days in advance to ensure you get the time slot you want.

Late

Please arrive on time to avoid appointment cancellation. Client will be charged $15-$35 for every 15 minutes late. After 30 minutes the appointment will be canceled. If the appointment is canceled the client will be responsible to re-book on their own.

Reschedules/Cancellations

All online deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations or reschedules must be done at least 48 hours before appointment or client will be charged half of the appointment total. All reschedules must be within 30 days of original appointment. Each client can reschedule up to 2x in 30 days.
